Collaboration
I’m interested in projects that offer new ways to build, think, or express ourselves — whether that's through better tools or creative platforms.
I also take on more conventional web projects when they’re well scoped, well intentioned, and looking for someone who cares deeply about craft.
If you're working on something ambitious, best-in-class, or just in need of a careful and experienced hand — I’d love to hear from you.
Myself
I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Australia. We didn’t have much, but there was a lot of space to think and to play.
I didn’t get into art school, which was disappointing at the time. Instead, I studied philosophy, literature, and languages at the University of Melbourne. I ended up teaching philosophy there on and off for more than ten years.
Later, I was posted by the French government to La Réunion, where I taught English. It’s a strange and beautiful place.
Eventually I got into programming. I love that it's both creative and technical.
I’ve always cared about helping people, especially those who have been overlooked or left out.
These days, I make software tools, mostly for front-end developers.
